PKG Properties will begin to work with a development at any phase of its lifecycle. It could be as early as “dirt and a dream” where we help to make the development into a viable product. At the onset of the development process we work with the development team to provide LifeStyle specific qualities of the design, features, amenities, brand attributes and points of distinction.
In the pre-sales phase of the development, our team works on both the marketing and sales pre-launch setup. From the actual concept of the product (e.g. villas, condos or mixed use) to the design of the brochure, our team becomes an integral part of the development process. Our core expertise of LifeStyle marketing gives us the ability to create a development targeted at a very specific LifeStyle segment. This provides a higher rate of return on marketing expenditure.

The core of our process is to use our proprietary social networking event system to reach the high net worth prospects in the global wealth centers. During the main sales phase of the property, we implement the marketing plan completed in the pre-sales phase.
