We developed the Active Broker Network to fill a gap in the marketplace. Developers work with their local brokers all of the time. Usually they are a significant source of business. But what about the international brokers out there, with clients who may be interested in the development, but don’t even know about the property? How does a developer reach those brokers? Advertising? Realtor Associations? International Brokerage Conglomerates? Those options provide the developer with a possible connection but there is no management of that connection. And it is left up to the developer to create the network from the beginning.
That is where the Active Broker Network comes in. We already have the contacts with top international brokers in more than 20 major wealth centers throughout Europe and Asia. We first perform a market study to determine which of these wealth centers are the best target markets for the development. Next we match the development with the brokerages in their target markets. Finally, and most importantly, we manage that connection. We assign an experienced real estate sales agent (called an Active Executive) to the development. This position is not a glorified name for account executive. Our Active Executives are licensed real estate professionals who have experience selling resort real estate. Their number one function is to sell the property. We work with the developer to provide the international broker with all of the tools and information necessary to be effective in selling the property to their clients.
Both the developer and the broker have access to our online CRM system for real-time status on any client in the sales process. Our Active Executive manages the end-to-end brokerage sales process for the developer, using the CRM as a vital tool to focus effort where needed, and where the brokerages are producing results.
